Position: Rwanda FLR Data Coordinator (Fixed-Term)

Job Context: One Acre Fund, founded in 2006, equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. In nine countries that together house two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35%, while sustainably improving their resilience. Our program in Rwanda, founded in 2007, is the largest and operates under the local brand Tubura. We have over 3,000 employees across Rwanda's four provinces, as well as in Kigali. Together, we served over 2.8 million farmers in 2024. We work closely with the government to support national efforts.
