Résumé du poste : Nous recrutons des agents de vente terrain énergiques pour présenter Solumed Business Manager directement aux propriétaires de magasins à travers l'Ouganda. Vous vous rendez dans les boutiques, effectuez une démonstration en direct de 10 minutes sur un téléphone ou un ordinateur portable (nous vous formons), collectez les coordonnées du propriétaire, et notre équipe technique conclut la vente et installe le logiciel. Vous gagnez une commission sur chaque vente issue de vos démonstrations.
Missions :
Visiter les magasins, pharmacies, salons, supermarchés ou entreprises dans la zone de votre choix.
Réaliser de courtes démonstrations en direct de l'application aux propriétaires d'entreprises (formation complète et support de démonstration fournis).
Enregistrer chaque démonstration (nom du propriétaire, entreprise, numéro de téléphone) dans notre système de suivi.
Assurer le suivi des propriétaires intéressés et transmettre les leads chauds à l'équipe de clôture.
Faire un rapport régulier à notre équipe technique.

Hustle prouvé : une expérience en vente terrain/porte-à-porte est un atout important (recrutement d'agents mobile money, pay-TV, solaire, FMCG, représentant médical ou un jeune diplômé confiant).
Posséder un smartphone et être à l'aise pour démontrer une application.
Honnête, présentable et autonome : vous gérez votre propre itinéraire.
