Job Summary:
The Branch Sales Agent plays a key role in the company's customer growth by driving sales directly at the point of sale (POS) in our partner stores. This role involves converting prospects into paying customers, executing local marketing activities, and building strong relationships with partner store owners. The agent is also responsible for daily follow-up on potential customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and achieving defined sales targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Conversion:
Convert walk-in customers and follow up on leads provided daily to close sales.
Conduct consultations to inform customers about available products and payment options.
Guide customers through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.
Promote product benefits and handle objections effectively to increase conversion rates.
Customer Engagement and Retention:
Maintain professional and positive interactions with customers at all times.
Identify and prioritize repeat customers with a good payment history for new offers or promotions.
Inform customers how their performance influences access to future assets, discounts, and offers.
Ensure timely assistance to customers during and after the purchase process.
Partner Relationship Management:
Represent the company positively within the partner store.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner store staff to ensure smooth collaboration.
Act as an intermediary between the partner store and company management to share feedback and suggest improvements.
