Preferred Qualifications:
Education: At least a Uganda Certificate of Education (a diploma or degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related qualification is an added advantage).
Experience:
Experience in a sales and marketing role is an added advantage.
Languages: Proficiency in English (proficiency in major local languages spoken in the duty station is an added advantage).
Main Duties:
Technology: Basic digital literacy to easily upload field data and submit loan applications using smart devices.
Required Skills:
Character: Impeccable integrity, high-performance mindset, ability to work under tight deadlines, and persuasive communication skills.
