Marketing Manager
GenKaz Placements is recruiting on behalf of Baifam Group Ltd for a Marketing Manager based in Kampala, Uganda. The position is full-time (8am-5pm) and falls under the Banking, Finance & Insurance sector.
Job Context
Baifam Group Ltd is a conglomerate offering business consulting and management services to its subsidiaries, sister companies, and other growing enterprises in Uganda. The Marketing & Communications Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of multi-sector brands within the group. This strategic role aims to drive brand growth, execute comprehensive campaigns, and align cross-functional communication strategies to serve different market sectors.
Responsibilities
Oversee and align consistent marketing strategies for a mix of multi-sector brands. Design, launch, and manage data-driven marketing campaigns and multimedia production initiatives. Lead corporate public relations, media communications, and internal communications across all group companies.
Desired Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field. Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in multimedia production management and campaign development. Strategic ability: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-sector brand portfolios and thrive in dynamic corporate environments. The ideal candidate must show exceptional adaptability to manage diverse brands, strong creative problem-solving skills, and proactive leadership.
