Jobberman Third Party is recruiting a Construction Manager to build and lead our Projects department. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering plumbing projects, while developing systems that improve productivity, quality, and profitability. This is not just a site supervision role: we are looking for someone capable of building a project management culture.

Essential Requirements
Degree or HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Technology. Minimum 8 years of experience in construction. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing commercial building projects.
Required Skills
Strong planning and scheduling skills. Ability to read construction drawings. Strong leadership ability.
