Nous recrutons un Operations Manager pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes, la gestion du personnel, l’expérience client, les ventes, le marketing et la gestion financière de notre établissement.

Développer et mettre en œuvre des politiques, procédures et bonnes pratiques opérationnelles.
Gérer les opérations quotidiennes, le personnel et les départements.
Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations légales, les normes de santé et de sécurité.
Améliorer la qualité du service client et la satisfaction.
Gérer les budgets, les prévisions et l’allocation des ressources.
Collaborer avec les différents départements, les fournisseurs et les prestataires.
Suivre les performances, offrir du coaching, de la formation et des retours.
Optimiser les flux de travail et les processus.
Piloter les ventes, le taux d’occupation et les initiatives marketing.
Assurer les pratiques de durabilité et la conformité.
Traiter les réclamations des clients et organiser des événements.
Préparer des rapports opérationnels et de gestion.

Expérience en gestion hôtelière, compétences en marketing et gestion financière, passion pour l’écotourisme.
5 à 8 ans d’expérience en hôtellerie, dont au moins 3 ans à un poste de direction.
Une expérience dans la gestion d’un hôtel de taille moyenne est un atout.
Solides compétences en leadership et gestion d’équipe.
Excellentes compétences en communication et service client.
Compétences financières et budgétaires.
Maîtrise des systèmes de gestion hôtelière, y compris Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
Disponibilité à vivre à moins de 30 minutes du lieu de travail.
Passion pour l’écotourisme et la durabilité.
Toute autre tâche connexe jugée nécessaire.
