E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in retail or luxury brands, capable of driving online sales through our website, social media platforms, and paid digital advertising. The position may also suit an experienced E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to lead and grow our online sales. In summary, the successful candidate will be responsible for both:
- Developing our online sales through our e-commerce platform.
- Marketing our products across digital channels.Minimum qualification: Degree
Experience level: Mid-level
Duration of experience: 3 years
Language required: English
Working hours: Full-time - 8am to 5pm
Job description:
- Manage and optimize our online store.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Drive website traffic and increase online sales.
- Track campaign performance, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
- Plan and execute promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate the creation of high-quality content, including photos, videos, and reels.
- Analyze performance data and make recommendations to improve sales and marketing results.Location: Accra
