Position: Business Development Manager

Salary: NGN 70,000 - 150,000 per month, plus commission

Job Context: We are looking for a suitable candidate for this role.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and manage the company's client accounts. Achieve sales targets. Liaise with engineers, reception, and the CKI manager to track client activity. Create and implement monthly regional marketing campaigns. Manage quarterly marketing budgets, ensuring approval and expenditure are continuously approved and recorded. Create and distribute marketing materials to all B2B and B2C clients. Coordinate and participate in business events and consumer trade shows. Manage and maintain client databases. Develop sales pipelines. Communicate directly with clients by phone, email, SMS, or face-to-face. Manage current clients and generate new accounts. Handle client inquiries. Create marketing awareness campaigns and advertisements. Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure all solution offerings are promoted across all marketing channels. Organize and participate in internal and external events. Report to the department head and managing director.
