We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic Team. The ideal candidate with experience in Human Resources, will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to successful onboarding. You will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, supporting them with end-to-end HR solutions while also driving internal HR initiatives that strengthen our talent value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
Meeting with hiring managers to discuss their requirements and specifications for candidates. Interviewing candidates, assessing their qualifications, and recommending them to hiring. Creating and maintaining databases of potential candidates, including resumes, cover letters, and other pertinent information, such as motivation for leaving previous jobs. Interacting with candidates to understand their interests and motivations and whether they would be a good fit for the company culture. Communicating regularly with hiring managers to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of the recruiting process.

Contacting applicants' nominated referees to ascertain their work ethic and experience. Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates. Conducting background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointment. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g. CIPD, SHRM,PHRi,SPHRi) are a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
