Le Comité international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR) recrute un-e Responsable Comptable (Grade B3) pour son bureau de Kinshasa, en République démocratique du Congo.
Type de contrat : CDD de 12 mois, renouvelable.

Formation : Bac+5 en comptabilité, finance, économie ou domaine similaire. Être de nationalité congolaise.
Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience confirmée en finances et gestion d'équipe, dont au moins 3 ans en comptabilité ou contrôle des comptes.
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des principes comptables et excellente aisance avec les chiffres. Bonne connaissance des logiciels comptables et ERP. Très bonnes connaissances informatiques (Pack Office, SharePoint, etc.). Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
Compétences personnelles : Forte capacité d'analyse et sens de l'intégrité. Sens de l'organisation et proactivité. Capacité à travailler dans des environnements exigeants et multiculturels. Discrétion et sens aigu de la confidentialité.
