Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme d’Ingénieur ou Master en Management Industriel, Gestion des Opérations ou domaine équivalent.
- Certification Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) ou équivalent en excellence opérationnelle est fortement souhaitée. Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise des méthodologies d’excellence opérationnelle (OE&T), Lean Management, et gestion du changement.
- Capacité à piloter des projets complexes, à analyser des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et à optimiser les processus.
- Connaissance des standards de classe mondiale dans le secteur minier ou industriel lourd. Compétences personnelles :
- Leadership affirmé et capacité à coacher, fédérer et influencer les équipes à tous les niveaux.
- Excellent esprit d’analyse, rigueur et orientation résultats.
- Résistance au stress et capacité à naviguer dans un environnement complexe et en constante évolution.
Expérience
- Expérience significative (niveau Cadre de Direction) exigée dans le pilotage de l’amélioration continue, de la transformation opérationnelle ou de l’excellence opérationnelle, idéalement acquise dans le secteur minier. Instructions
