Localisation
Objet: Offre d’emploi à Kabinda – Comptable Principal chez ABEF-ND Type de Contrat: CDD de 12 mois renouvelable
Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme universitaire de niveau Bac+4 minimum (Master ou équivalent) en Gestion Financière, Sciences Commerciales, Comptabilité, ou discipline similaire
- Nationalité congolaise exigée Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise parfaite du Système Comptable de l’OHADA, en particulier le SYCEBNL
- Maîtrise avancée des logiciels comptables (SAGE, QUICKBOOKS)
- Maîtrise d’Excel de niveau avancé (tableaux croisés dynamiques, fonctions complexes)
- Connaissance approfondie de la législation du travail, de la fiscalité congolaise et des textes régissant les ASBL Compétences personnelles :
- Leadership et autonomie, capacité à prendre des initiatives
- Rigueur, organisation et souci du détail
- Intégrité et éthique professionnelle irréprochables
- Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale en français
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer le stress
- Aptitude au travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire et multiculturelle
Expérience
- Minimum 6 ans d’expérience professionnelle en comptabilité et gestion financière
Responsabilités
- Au moins 4 ans à un poste de responsabilité au sein d’ONG internationales ou de projets financés par des bailleurs multilatéraux (Banque Mondiale, USAID, DFID, etc.)
- Expérience significative en cabinet d’audit ou en tant que Contrôleur Financier (atout)
- Expérience avérée avec le financement de la Banque Mondiale (atout) Instructions
