Nos fermes (“Fabrik”) sont des environnements techniques intégrant : • systèmes de climatisation • irrigation automatisée • éclairage LED horticole • traitement de l’eau (osmose inverse) • capteurs et outils de monitoring Mission principale • Garantir le bon fonctionnement technique des fermes et assurer la continuité de production. • Objectif clé : zéro arrêt de production lié à un problème technique Missions 1. Maintenance préventive • Réaliser des visites régulières (1 journée par semaine) • Vérifier les équipements : • climatisation / froid • systèmes d’irrigation et pompes • éclairage LED • qualité de l’eau (RO, circuits) • Mettre en place et suivre un plan de maintenance 2. Maintenance curative • Diagnostiquer rapidement les pannes • Intervenir en cas d’urgence • Assurer la remise en fonctionnement dans les meilleurs délais 3. Suivi technique • Identifier les équipements critiques • Anticiper les besoins en pièces de rechange • Proposer des améliorations techniques simples 4. Support aux équipes • Former les opérateurs aux gestes de base • Donner des consignes simples pour éviter les pannes 5. Reporting • Compte rendu simple après chaque passage • Suivi des interventions et incidents (WhatsApp ou fichier partagé) Profil recherché Compétences techniques • Maintenance industrielle / électromécanique / froid • Bon niveau en : • électricité (basse tension) • systèmes hydrauliques (pompes, circuits d’eau) • climatisation / froid Expérience • Minimum 3 ans en maintenance technique • Expérience terrain indispensable Qualités personnelles • Autonomie et débrouillardise • Disponibilité en cas d’urgence (astreinte légère) • Sens pratique (capacité à résoudre rapidement les problèmes) • Fiabilité • Divers • Habite à proximité des fermes • Reste sur Dakar en permanence //
