Senior HR Business Partner
Intalma AB recrute un Senior HR Business Partner pour accompagner les unités et équipes de direction de la région Afrique de la Banque mondiale. Ce poste stratégique consiste à contribuer à la stratégie commerciale et de talents, à la formulation des politiques et à la mise en œuvre des agendas de gestion des ressources humaines.
Le candidat retenu sera amené à diriger des projets complexes, utiliser l'analyse RH pour la planification des effectifs, et conseiller sur les politiques et pratiques RH. Il soutiendra la gestion des talents et de la performance, l'efficacité organisationnelle, et contribuera aux programmes RH corporatifs.

Master en gestion des ressources humaines ou domaine connexe, 8+ années d'expérience RH pertinente, maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, connaissance des meilleures pratiques RH, compréhension approfondie des changements organisationnels et d'entreprise, expérience en planification des effectifs et analyse, capacité à gérer les talents et la performance, excellentes compétences en communication.
