The Administrative and Finance Associate at UNFPA will provide effective financial advice and services to internal and external clients, supporting the management of programme activities in the Regional Office and Country Offices. This role involves monitoring financial performance, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. The Associate will also provide training and guidance to staff, manage budgets, and maintain financial records. The position requires a client-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering excellence in programme results. Completed Secondary Level Education required First level university degree is desirable Six years of relevant experience in administration, finance or office management Proficiency in office software applications and ERP financial systems Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Fluency in French required; working knowledge in English desirable Good writing and communication skills Ability to work in a team environment
