Expérience
The Resources Management Officer (RMO) at IOM will oversee financial management, human resources, and administrative functions for the Senegal Country Office and its Sub-Offices. This role involves supervising budgetary processes, ensuring compliance with IOM regulations, and providing technical support to project managers. The RMO will also manage treasury functions, internal controls, and supply chain services while liaising with various departments. The position requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to enhance operational efficiency and support the organization's mission. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 5 years of relevant professional experience (7 years with a university degree) Experience in Financial and Human Resources Management at the international level Knowledge of IOM/UN finance, Supply Chain and HR procedures Fluency in English and French
