Contexte : CBM recherche un(e) Monitoring and Evaluation Officer pour rejoindre son équipe au Country Office Togo. Le poste consiste à superviser la conception et la mise en œuvre des activités MEAL, à assurer la conformité avec les exigences des bailleurs de fonds, et à piloter les stratégies de gestion des connaissances et d'apprentissage. Le/la responsable collaborera avec le personnel du programme et les partenaires pour améliorer les processus de suivi et d'évaluation, en particulier pour les personnes handicapées. Ce poste requiert un engagement en faveur du renforcement des capacités et d'un reporting efficace sur le développement inclusif basé sur les communautés.

Master en sciences sociales, santé, biostatistique, développement international ou gestion. Minimum 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en suivi-évaluation ou gestion des connaissances. Solide expertise en suivi et évaluation de projets complexes. Expérience en reporting auprès de bailleurs internationaux. Une expérience dans les secteurs de la santé, de l'éducation ou des moyens de subsistance est un atout. Maîtrise professionnelle du français. Connaissance professionnelle de l'anglais. Expérience démontrée dans les logiciels Microsoft. Permis de conduire catégorie B est un plus.
