Responsabilités :
Effectuer des appels entrants et sortants auprès de clients potentiels dans le secteur immobilier. Présenter les produits, services ou opportunités d'investissement immobilier aux clients potentiels. Constituer et maintenir un pipeline de prospects grâce à une communication efficace et au développement de relations. Fournir des informations sur les propriétés disponibles, les promotions et les tendances du marché. Qualifier les prospects en fonction de leur intérêt, de leur budget et de leurs besoins immobiliers. Planifier des rendez-vous pour des visites de propriétés ou des consultations avec des agents immobiliers. Atteindre les objectifs de vente quotidiens et mensuels.
