Job Field ICT / Computer Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month This is not a traditional IT support role. We are building AI-powered WhatsApp sales and business automation solutions for our own businesses and client organisations. You will work directly with the founder to turn business ideas into working automation systems. We are looking for a builder and executor — someone who enjoys learning new technology, solving problems and making things work. What You Will Be Doing You will: Build WhatsApp automation and chatbot workflows. Configure and manage automation platforms. Help build AI-powered sales and customer engagement agents. Create automated lead qualification and follow-up processes. Build reusable automation templates for client businesses. Help set up Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns. Connect Meta advertising campaigns to WhatsApp sales workflows. Test automation systems and troubleshoot problems. Research and experiment with new AI and automation tools. Turn business ideas into working prototypes quickly. Document systems and processes that have been implemented. Who We Are Looking For You may be a good fit if: You are naturally curious about AI and technology. You regularly use ChatGPT or other AI tools. You enjoy experimenting with new software. You can learn a new platform using Google, YouTube, AI and online documentation. You enjoy solving technical problems. You prefer building things to simply talking about them. You can work independently and take ownership of tasks. You understand that technology should solve real business problems. You are comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

Compétences requises

You should have: Strong general technology and computer skills. Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT. An understanding of digital marketing and online lead generation. Some exposure to automation tools, chatbot platforms, CRM systems or no-code technology. Basic knowledge of Facebook and Instagram business tools. Good internet research skills. Good written and spoken English. The ability to learn new technology quickly. Experience with any of the following would be an advantage Your ability to learn, experiment and execute is more important than knowing every tool.

Formation / Diplômes

A university degree is desirable but not essential . Candidates with backgrounds in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Digital Marketing or related disciplines may be suitable. Strong self-taught candidates are also encouraged to apply. Approximately 1–4 years of practical work experience is preferred. Exceptional recent graduates or NYSC-completed candidates with evidence of personal technology, AI or automation projects may also be considered. What Success Looks Like Within your first 30 days, you should be helping to build a working WhatsApp sales automation system. Within 60 days, you should be helping to turn automation workflows into repeatable solutions for client businesses. Within 90 days, you should be capable of independently implementing significant parts of an automation project. We measure success by working systems delivered and projects completed .
