Priority Activator Consulting, through its division PAC Advisors, is recruiting for two key positions: Human Resources Manager and Finance Manager. PAC Advisors is a leading consulting firm with extensive experience supporting African SMEs and institutions, offering integrated and innovative services in strategy, human resources consulting, training, financial and accounting advisory, among others.

Human Resources Manager

Job Objective: The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage the company's HR function, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, legal compliance, and HR administration. The role is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent while fostering a compliant, high-performing, and employee-centered workplace, supporting the organization's operational and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives. Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent acquisition. Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance management, and performance management. Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws, legal requirements, and company HR policies. Develop and coordinate training, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. Promote employee engagement, well-being, and a positive work culture. Maintain accurate HR records, prepare management reports, and support audits and compliance reviews. Collaborate with department heads to provide HR support, workforce planning, and organizational development. Supervise, mentor, and develop the HR team while fostering continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, social sciences, psychology, industrial relations, law, or a related field. Professional HR certification or qualification from a recognized body required. Membership or eligibility for membership in the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) or a relevant professional body is an asset. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive human resources experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities. Experience in the travel and transport industry is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, or other multi-branch operations are also encouraged to apply.
