Enterprise Account Manager (Public Sector)

Souhaitez-vous faire partie d'une équipe dédiée à l'adoption des services Amazon Web Services (AWS) en développant les comptes du secteur public ? Avez-vous le sens des affaires et les connaissances techniques nécessaires pour aider à faire d'Amazon une plateforme technologique clé ?

En tant que Account Manager pour le secteur public, vous aurez l'opportunité de contribuer à la croissance et de façonner l'avenir d'une technologie émergente, tout en augmentant l'adoption et la présence d'AWS dans le secteur public en Afrique de l'Est. Le candidat idéal possède à la fois une expérience en vente/gestion de comptes et une formation technique, lui permettant de mener des échanges au niveau exécutif ainsi qu'avec des développeurs et architectes informatiques. Vous êtes une personne proactive, prête à élaborer et exécuter un plan de couverture territoriale, et à obtenir des résultats de manière constante.

Responsabilités :

  • Contribuer à la croissance et à l'expansion de l'activité sur un territoire défini.

  • Élaborer et exécuter un plan territorial.

  • Gérer de nombreux comptes simultanément et à long terme.

  • Formuler des propositions de valeur convaincantes autour des services AWS.

  • Accélérer l'adoption par les clients.

  • Travailler avec des partenaires pour étendre la portée et stimuler l'adoption.

  • Assurer la satisfaction client.

  • Déplacements limités.

  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en vente, développement commercial ou ingénierie commerciale/consulting dans le domaine technologique.

  • Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente requise.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite ; anglais courant.

  • Expérience en gestion de comptes dans le secteur public.

Qualifications préférées :

  • Une formation technique en ingénierie, informatique ou systèmes d'information est un plus.

  • Expérience SaaS/Cloud.

The ideal candidate will possess both a sales / account management and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the executive level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You will be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Help to drive business growth and expansion in a defined territory. Develop and execute against a territory plan. Manage numerous accounts concurrently & long-term. Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services. Accelerate customer adoption. Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption. Ensure customer satisfaction. Limited travel. Profil recherché

  • 10+ years technology related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience University degree or equivalent experience required.

Compétences requises

Strong verbal and written communications skills; fluent English Public Sector account management experience. Preferred Qualifications A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus. SaaS/Cloud experience.
