Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans le recouvrement de créances, le recouvrement de crédit ou les recouvrements de prêts. Bonne compréhension des prêts sur titre (logbook loans) et des processus de prêt. Capacité à suivre les prêts en souffrance, négocier les remboursements et atteindre les objectifs de recouvrement.
