Missions
Le Senior RPA Developer est un rôle technique critique responsable de la conception, du développement et de la maintenance de solutions avancées de Robotic Process Automation (RPA) pour automatiser les processus métier et améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle dans l'ensemble des opérations d'assurance de la société (Vie, Retraite et Médicale). Ce poste s'appuie sur les plateformes RPA et l'expertise en programmation pour fournir des bots d'automatisation évolutifs, fiables et performants. Le rôle englobe le développement RPA, l'optimisation des bots, le support technique et la gouvernance d'entreprise, favorisant une culture d'innovation, de précision et de collaboration.

Qualifications et expérience pertinentes
Formation / Diplômes
Licence en Informatique, Technologies de l'Information, Génie Logiciel ou domaine connexe d'une institution reconnue. Les certifications professionnelles telles que UiPath RPA Developer Advanced, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional ou Blue Prism Developer sont fortement préférées.
Expérience professionnelle : 5 ans ou plus dans le développement RPA, le génie logiciel ou un rôle connexe.
Exposition sectorielle : Expérience avérée dans l'assurance, les services financiers ou les secteurs technologiques, idéalement avec des projets RPA.
Expertise RPA : Expérience dans le développement de bots pour des processus prenant en charge 500 000 transactions ou plus, ou ayant un impact opérationnel significatif.
Collaboration en équipe : Antécédents de travail dans des équipes agiles sur des projets d'automatisation.
Conformité réglementaire : Familiarité avec la garantie de conformité dans un environnement réglementé et multi-pays.

Professional Experience: 5+ years in RPA development, software engineering, or a related role. Industry Exposure: Proven track record in insurance, financial services, or technology-driven sectors, ideally with RPA projects. RPA Expertise: Experience developing bots for processes supporting 500K+ transactions or significant operational impact. Team Collaboration: History of working in agile teams on automation projects.
