Le Commercial Finance Analyst est responsable de fournir une analyse financière rapide, précise et pertinente pour soutenir la prise de décision commerciale et améliorer la performance de l'entreprise. Ce rôle assure une planification financière efficace, la budgétisation, les prévisions, la conformité fiscale et le reporting financier, tout en collaborant avec les équipes transversales pour identifier les opportunités de croissance, optimiser les coûts et améliorer la rentabilité. Le titulaire soutiendra la stratégie commerciale de l'organisation en fournissant des informations basées sur les données, en maintenant l'intégrité financière, en garantissant la conformité réglementaire et en améliorant continuellement les processus financiers pour atteindre des objectifs commerciaux durables.
Missions :
Examen et analyse mensuels des taxes.
Analyser les données financières et créer des modèles financiers pour l'aide à la décision.
Guider le processus d'analyse des coûts en établissant et en appliquant des politiques et procédures.
Récupération des écritures de grand livre fiscal pour analyse et remplissage de fichiers Excel pour l'analyse des taxes à payer.
Évaluer les informations financières pour déterminer les forces et faiblesses de l'entreprise, développer des stratégies pour réduire les déchets et diminuer les coûts, et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour améliorer la stabilité financière.
Collaborer avec le département commercial et marketing pour créer de nouvelles promotions et campagnes marketing afin de générer de nouveaux revenus.
Prévisions de revenus mensuels.
Consulter l'équipe de direction pour élaborer des plans commerciaux à long terme.
Vérification physique de toutes les factures pour la saisie dans les déclarations fiscales.
Préparer des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires, mensuels et ad hoc pour soutenir la prise de décision commerciale.
Préparation des formulaires de demande de paiement (PRF) pour signature.
Gérer la fonction comptable des entités assignées de temps à autre.
Remplir les packs de données pour examen avant de les télécharger sur I-Tax.
Préparer et télécharger les paiements douaniers dans SAP et suivre les approbations.
Suivi des certificats fiscaux pour la TVA retenue / WHT auprès des fournisseurs.
Diriger le processus de budgétisation de l'entreprise.
Préparer l'analyse des KPI et les commentaires de soutien sur les écarts clés.
Manipuler et analyser les données pour identifier les tendances sous-jacentes.
S'efforcer constamment d'améliorer les processus et la qualité des données financières.
Analyse d'investissement / business cases.
Mise à jour du calendrier de paiement des impôts après les déclarations et paiements fiscaux.
Mise à jour du calendrier des remboursements à l'exportation et des calendriers des taxes non récupérables.
Préparation des documents justificatifs pour l'écriture de journal fiscal de fin de mois à examiner (WHTax, WHVAT, crédits I-Tax).
Examiner les rapports mensuels de KRA sur VAA et les recouper avec les enregistrements SAP (factures, journaux) et les paiements bancaires.
Déposer les amendements mensuels VAA sur I-Tax comme requis par KRA.
Récupération de la documentation pour l'audit externe/interne.
Récupération de la documentation pour les audits KRA.

Diplôme de licence en finance ou comptabilité.
Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans l'un des rôles mentionnés ci-dessus.

Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
À l'aise pour interagir avec la direction de niveau exécutif.
Expérience solide en modélisation financière.
Expérience avérée dans le paysage du commerce électronique.
Penseur créatif avec de solides compétences interpersonnelles.
Compétences exceptionnelles en gestion du temps et des délais ; capacité à diriger, organiser, prioriser et gérer une équipe pour atteindre les objectifs.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Commercial Finance Analyst is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to support commercial decision making and drive business performance. The role ensures effective financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and financial reporting while partnering with cross functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize costs, and enhance profitability. The incumbent will support the organization's commercial strategy by delivering data driven insights, maintaining financial integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and continuously improving financial processes to achieve sustainable business objectives. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monthly Taxes review and analysis. Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support. Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures. Retrieval of tax GL entries for analysis and populating excels for analysis for the taxes to be paid.
Formation / Diplômes
Evaluate financial information to assess the company’s strength and weaknesses, develop strategies to reduce waste and decrease costs, and implement strategies to improve financial stability. Collaborate with the sales and marketing department to create new promotions and marketing campaigns to bring in new revenue. Monthly revenue forecast. Consulting with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans. Physical checking of all the invoices for input in Tax returns. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to support business decision making. Preparing of Payment Request Form (PRFs) for signing. Manage the accounting function of the entities assigned from time to time. Populating data packs for review before uploading them on I-Tax. Prepare and upload customs payments in SAP and follow up on approvals. Following up tax certificates for withheld VAT / WHT from suppliers. Leading the company budgeting process. Preparing KPI analysis & supporting commentary on key variances. Manipulating & analyzing data to identify underlying trends. Consistently striving to improve processes and the quality of finance data. Investment analysis/business cases. Updating tax payment schedule post tax returns and payments. Updating export rebates schedule and non-recoverable tax schedules. Preparing supporting documents for month end tax journal for review (WHTax, WHVAT, I-Tax credits). Review monthly KRA reports on VAA and cross check with SAP records (invoices, journals) and bank payments. File monthly VAA amendments on I-Tax as required by KRA. Retrieval of documentation for external/internal audit. Retrieval of documentation for KRA audits.
Profil recherché
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in any of the above stated role.
