Fournir un encadrement académique et de recherche aux candidats en Master et Doctorat. Guider les candidats dans l'élaboration de propositions, la conception de recherche, la collecte de données, l'analyse et la rédaction de thèses. Mentorat des candidats via supervision virtuelle sur les plateformes numériques de l'OUK. Veiller au respect de la politique d'études supérieures de l'OUK, de l'éthique de la recherche, des normes de qualité et des autres politiques universitaires, y compris les délais. Fournir des commentaires et des rapports d'avancement en temps opportun conformément aux directives institutionnelles. Soutenir la préparation de la soutenance de thèse et la publication des résultats de recherche.
Qualifications requises :
Pour un superviseur de Doctorat : Doctorat dans un domaine pertinent obtenu dans une institution reconnue. Au moins trois (3) publications évaluées par des pairs au cours des cinq dernières années.
Pour un superviseur de Master : Doctorat dans un domaine pertinent OU Master avec une expérience significative en recherche/professionnelle dans des domaines spécialisés et démonstration de supervision de candidats en Master jusqu'à l'obtention du diplôme. Au moins deux (2) publications évaluées par des pairs au cours des cinq dernières années.

** Solides compétences en mentorat numérique et en engagement en ligne pour soutenir efficacement les apprenants dans des environnements virtuels. Une familiarité et une expérience préalable avec la supervision en ligne ou virtuelle seront un atout supplémentaire.
