Traiter les factures et les paiements fournisseurs avec précision dans les délais impartis. Effectuer les rapprochements des relevés fournisseurs et des comptes, en enquêtant et en résolvant rapidement les écarts. Effectuer un rapprochement à trois niveaux entre les factures, les bons de commande et les pièces justificatives avant le traitement des paiements. Assurer le suivi des dettes fournisseurs et collaborer avec les fournisseurs et les services internes pour résoudre les demandes de paiement. Tenir à jour des enregistrements de paiement précis et les pièces justificatives à des fins d'audit. Participer aux activités de clôture mensuelle, y compris les rapports d'échéance des dettes fournisseurs et les provisions. Veiller au respect des contrôles financiers internes, des politiques de l'entreprise et des procédures comptables. Apporter un soutien général au service financier selon les besoins.

Licence en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe. Le CPA Partie II ou plus sera un atout supplémentaire. Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité fournisseurs ou dans un rôle comptable similaire. Expérience de travail dans un environnement à volume élevé de transactions et à rythme rapide. Maîtrise des logiciels de comptabilité tels que QuickBooks, Sage, SAP ou autres systèmes ERP.

Solides compétences en Microsoft Excel. Excellente compréhension des rapprochements fournisseurs, des cycles de paiement et des contrôles financiers. Grande attention aux détails, intégrité et précision. Solides compétences en communication, organisation et gestion du temps. Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices and payments accurately within agreed timelines. Perform supplier statement and ledger reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly. Conduct three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation before payment processing. Monitor outstanding payables and liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve payment queries. Maintain accurate payment records and supporting documentation for audit purposes. Support month-end closing activities, including accounts payable ageing reports and accruals. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, company policies, and accounting procedures. Provide general support to the finance department as required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA Part II or above will be an added advantage. Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume transaction environment. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, or other ERP systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent understanding of supplier reconciliations, payment cycles, and financial controls. High attention to detail, integrity, and accuracy.
