** Le Field Officer joue un rôle clé dans la coordination et la mise en œuvre des activités opérationnelles sur le terrain. Il assure le lien entre l'organisation et les opérations terrain, garantissant une exécution fluide des activités, une collecte de données précise et un retour d'information en temps utile.

Missions :

Effectuer des visites régulières sur le terrain pour suivre les activités en cours et fournir des rapports précis et ponctuels. Collecter, vérifier et maintenir les données terrain pour le reporting et la prise de décision. Appuyer les processus de recrutement, d'intégration et de gestion du personnel en veillant à la conformité terrain avec les exigences RH et administratives. Job Field Project and Program Management Salary: KES 25,000 Job Summary We are seeking to hire a Field Officer who will play a key role in coordinating and implementing operational activities on the ground. The role involves conducting field visits, monitoring and reporting on progress, engaging with staff and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Field Officer will serve as a vital link between the organization and field operations, ensuring smooth execution of activities, accurate data collection, and timely feedback.

Key Responsibilities Conduct regular field visits to monitor ongoing activities and provide accurate, timely reports. Collect, verify, and maintain field data for reporting and decision-making.

Profil recherché

Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff management processes by ensuring field compliance with HR and administrative requirements. Ensure employees in the field adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and statutory regulations. Act as the first point of contact for field employees on operational and administrative issues. Track staff attendance, leave utilization, and performance in field locations. Liaise with head office to coordinate logistics, documentation, and field resources. Support grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution in the field. Organize and coordinate field-level staff engagement activities, trainings, and team building initiatives. Provide feedback from the field to management on operational gaps, staff needs, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in the implementation of company projects, ensuring objectives are met within set timelines. Maintain accurate records of field activities and support compliance with audits and statutory requirements. Prepare periodic field reports including staffing, compliance, performance, and project updates. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Community Development, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a field-based role, operations, or project coordination. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and field operations management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRMIS or data collection tools is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
