Jafari Credit Limited, a member of the Centum Group, is a Kenyan-based microfinance institution registered under the Companies Act, offering payroll lending services at market-beating rates. Our goal is to be the preferred credit provider for civil servants. We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team as Sales Managers in various regions: Western, Eastern, Coast, Central Kenya, and North Rift.

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification: BA/BSc/HND, Professional Certificate

Experience: 5 years

Location: Nairobi (for Eastern, Coast, Central Kenya, North Rift); Western region (for Sales Manager-Western)

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve a minimum monthly regional disbursement target of KES 10 million. Recruit, onboard and nurture Sales Team Leaders and Sales Agents across the region. Build a strong talent pipeline through continuous recruitment and succession planning. Set clear performance targets and hold team members accountable. Drive employer acquisition and market expansion. Monitor productivity, conversions, portfolio quality and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with Credit, HR, Marketing and Operations to deliver regional objectives. Foster a culture of integrity, accountability and customer service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field. Additional professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent) are an advantage. Minimum 5 years' sales leadership experience in microfinance or financial services. Proven track record in recruiting, developing and leading high-performing sales teams. Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation and relationship management skills.
