Responsabilités :
Examiner et évaluer les patients de manière cohérente en effectuant des tâches telles que la prise d'antécédents médicaux, la réalisation d'examens physiques et la prescription d'examens diagnostiques de laboratoire et de radiologie conformément aux pratiques fondées sur des preuves et aux protocoles établis.
Assurer un suivi régulier de l'état des patients aigus et chroniques.
Engager des discussions avec les patients et les aidants pour permettre de meilleurs soins et services médicaux diagnostiques et thérapeutiques.
Lorsque nécessaire, effectuer des procédures médicales et chirurgicales d'urgence privilégiées et potentiellement vitales.
Fournir des examens de dépistage et de bien-être fondés sur des preuves, une évaluation des risques, une détection précoce et une éducation sur la prévention des maladies.
Engager des discussions en temps utile avec les consultants/départements concernés pour arriver au meilleur plan de traitement pour les cas spécialisés.
Établir des liens avec la direction de la clinique et l'hôpital principal pour assurer une référence fluide et efficace des patients.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres des équipes cliniques et non cliniques pour fournir des soins centrés sur le patient, coordonnés, réduire les erreurs et le gaspillage, et créer une efficacité dans l'utilisation des ressources.
Participer activement aux initiatives de qualité de la clinique en collaboration avec la direction de la clinique et l'équipe Qualité et sécurité des patients.

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) ou équivalent.
Achèvement réussi d'au moins 2 ans de stage post-universitaire.
Inscription auprès du Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support et Advanced Trauma Life Support (ACLS & ATLS).

Responsabilités
Review and examine patients consistently by performing such duties as taking case histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic laboratory and radiology studies in compliance with evidence based practice and established protocols. Monitor acute and chronically ill patients’ progress on a regular basis. Initiate discussions with patients and care givers to enable better diagnostic and therapeutic medical care and services. When necessary, carry out privileged and potentially life-saving emergency surgical and medical procedures.
Formation / Diplômes
Provide evidence based screening and wellness examinations, risk assessment, early detection and education on prevention of illness. Initiate timely discussions with relevant consultants/departments to arrive at the best treatment plan for specialized cases. Establish links with clinic management and the main hospital to ensure smooth and efficient referral of patients. Work closely with members of the clinical and non-clinical teams to provide patient centric, coordinated care, reduce errors and waste and create efficiency in resource utilization. Actively participate in clinic quality initiatives in collaboration with the clinic management and Quality and Patient Safety team.
Profil recherché
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) or equivalent Successful completion of at least 2-years post-graduate Internship.
