** Assister le service informatique dans la gestion, la maintenance et l’optimisation des outils digitaux et équipements informatiques de l’agence.

Assister dans l’installation et la configuration des ordinateurs, logiciels et périphériques. Assurer le support technique de premier niveau (dépannage matériel et logiciel). Participer à la maintenance du parc informatique. Aider à la gestion du réseau interne et de la connexion internet. Contribuer à la sécurité des données et aux sauvegardes. Appuyer l’équipe digitale sur certains besoins techniques (site web, outils numériques, etc.).

Étudiant(e) en Informatique, Réseaux & Télécoms ou filière équivalente. Bonne connaissance de l’environnement Windows. Notions en réseaux informatiques. Esprit d’analyse et sens de l’organisation. Dynamique, discret(e) et rigoureux(se). Capacité à travailler en équipe.
Compétences appréciées :
Notions en maintenance réseau. Connaissances de base en développement web. Maîtrise des outils collaboratifs (Google Workspace, etc.).
