The Senior HR Business Partner will manage the interface between business units and the Human Resources function at UNFPA, providing strategic HR client services and driving HR programs. This role involves advising on HR policies, managing recruitment, and ensuring effective implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the UNFPA Strategic Plan. The HRBP will supervise a team and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness and support talent management. The position is based in Dakar, Senegal, with responsibilities extending to future vacancies in other locations.
