Position : 3D Animation Specialist - Accra

KOKOMELANIN is a growing YouTube channel focused on high-quality animated content. We are looking for a highly skilled and creative  3D Animation Specialist  to work in Accra. This is a full time, on site role for someone passionate about storytelling through animation and capable of delivering engaging, professional level videos consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality  3D animated videos  for our YouTube channel

Produce  3 videos per week  from concept to final output

Design and develop  3D characters, environments, and scenes

Accurately  sync voiceovers with character animation (lip-syncing)

Match or closely replicate the  style and quality of CoComelon-type animations

Use  AI tools  to improve speed and production workflow

Apply  visual effects, compositing, and final edits  using After Effects or similar software

Maintain consistent style, quality, and delivery timelines

Required profile for job ad : 3D Animation Specialist - Accra

Proven experience in  3D animation  (portfolio/showreel required)

Strong ability to  replicate existing animation styles (especially children’s YouTube content)

Proficiency in Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or equivalent

Experience with  Adobe After Effects  (or similar tools)

Strong  lip-syncing and character animation skills

Experience using  AI tools in animation workflows

Must already have access to required  software and equipment

Self-motivated, focused, and able to meet deadlines

Must be based in Accra, near East Legon and able to work on site
