Apply Now Job Description Location: Accra Reports To: Operations Manager Job Summary The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the company’s online presence, promoting electronic products, and driving digital sales through social media platforms. The role focuses on content creation, customer engagement, online sales conversion, and aligning digital marketing efforts with showroom activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management Manage and update all company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business) Develop and implement a consistent content posting schedule Ensure all platforms are active, engaging, and aligned with brand identity 2. Content Creation & Promotion Create and publish engaging content (images, videos, product demos, promotions) Promote new arrivals, discounts, and special offers Highlight both affordable and premium electronic products Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure accurate product information 3. Customer Engagement & Online Sales Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages Convert online inquiries into sales or qualified leads Follow up with potential customers via WhatsApp and other channels Maintain a professional and customer-friendly tone in all communications 4. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management Plan and execute online promotional campaigns Monitor performance of ads and promotions Suggest strategies to improve online visibility and engagement Support seasonal campaigns and product launches 5. Data Collection & Reporting Track social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, conversions) Prepare weekly and monthly reports on digital performance Provide insights on customer preferences and trends Maintain a database of online customers and leads 6. Brand Management & Compliance Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand image and values Maintain consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone Ensure accuracy of product pricing and promotional details 7.
