Coordinateur Safeguarding (basé au Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso, DRC)
Le/la coordinateur/trice de la protection, en collaboration avec l’équipe nationale, définit et dirige la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie de protection visant à renforcer la détection, la prévention et le signalement, sur la base d’une analyse des besoins spécifique au contexte. Il/elle encadrera les équipes de gestion sur le terrain dans la prévention et la détection de toutes les formes d’abus dans le pays. Le coordinateur de la protection coordonnera et supervisera le plan de travail de l’équipe placée sous sa responsabilité, le cas échéant (points focaux de la protection, superviseurs, responsables du comportement).
