UNICEF is seeking two interns for the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant position in Niamey, Niger. The role involves providing technical and operational support for program monitoring, evaluation, and data management. Interns will assist in data collection, analysis, and the dissemination of best practices. This six-month internship aims to enhance the employability of young Nigeriens while fulfilling operational needs within the organization. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in statistics, demography, or economics Age between 18 and 35 at the time of application Fluency in French; knowledge of English is a plus Proficiency in common office tools and at least one database management or visualization software Strong analytical, synthesis, and report writing skills in French Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Team player with good listening skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders Excellent academic results or strong academic/professional recommendations No immediate family member working at UNICEF
