The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will support the development and implementation of the M&E system for various projects within IOM Niger. This role involves overseeing M&E activities, data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance project performance and compliance with donor requirements. The officer will collaborate with various stakeholders, including governmental and UN entities, to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation practices. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences. Master’s degree in relevant field or University degree with 4 years experience Experience in project monitoring and evaluation Strong writing and research skills Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in teams Fluency in English and French
