Expérience : Le Resources Management Officer (RMO) à l'OIM supervisera la gestion financière, les ressources humaines et les fonctions administratives au sein du bureau de pays. Relevant du Chef de Mission, le RMO veillera au respect des règlements de l'OIM tout en fournissant un soutien technique aux chefs de projet. Les responsabilités incluent la préparation du budget, l'analyse financière et le maintien des contrôles internes. Le poste implique également la gestion des services de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et la liaison avec différents départements pour assurer des opérations efficaces. Master en Finance, Comptabilité, Administration des Affaires ou domaine connexe. Cinq ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente (ou sept ans avec un diplôme universitaire). Expérience en gestion financière et des ressources humaines au niveau international. Connaissance des procédures financières et RH de l'OIM/ONU. Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
