Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to develop and execute online marketing strategies that drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.

This is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to work physically in our Maryland office three (3) days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns:

Create and execute campaigns across social media, email, and search engines to drive sales and engagement.

Manage social media presence:

Develop and implement social media strategies, create content, and engage with customers on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Optimize website and online presence:

Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines.

Analyze and report on performance:

Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with teams:

Work with the sales, merchandising, and creative teams to develop cohesive marketing strategies.

Requirements

1+ years of digital marketing experience:

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels:

Experience with social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising.

Analytical skills:

Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing decisions.

Excellent communication skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
