Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our real estate development projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management in the real estate industry

Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards

Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with Nigerian construction laws, regulations, and building codes

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute real estate development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties

Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and company policies

Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks

Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal teams

Ensure high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction
