Le GIM-UEMOA recrute un(e) Consultant pour contribuer à la gouvernance du système monétique interbancaire. Le GIM-UEMOA est en charge des fonctions dites de gouvernance, notamment : l’organisation de l’interopérabilité ; l’élaboration des règles et procédures interbancaires ; le pilotage du système monétique interbancaire et de son interopérabilité, aux plans administratif, juridique et technique.
Prolongation du délai de soumission au 24 juillet 2026 à 16h GMT.
La mission couvre notamment :
Le repositionnement du schéma de paiement régional vers un modèle agnostique de l’instrument, capable de traiter nativement carte, mobile money et tout instrument de paiement électronique.
La spécification d’un Backoffice monétique unifié La spécification d’un noyau applicatif de paiement régional La spécification d’un TMS régional La définition des protocoles d’échanges monétiques basés sur ISO 20022 et les API
Cette mission s’inscrit dans l’ambition centrale de GIM-UEMOA : bâtir une infrastructure de paiement souveraine, interopérable et technologiquement autonome pour les 8 pays de la zone UEMOA.
