The Technical Community Leader (TCL) program is dedicated for this population to develop technical expertise.
Business Management
Our Business Unit managers as well as our Sales and Marketing teams are committed to fulfilling our ambitious targets and building trust with our customers.

As the backbone of every company, these transversal teams ( Finance & Control, Procurement, Human Resources, Communication, Legal, etc. ) contribute to/enable Air Liquide's growing business, efficiently and dependably.

What is TCL ?
Technical Community Leaders contribute to Air Liquide growth through innovation.
Technical Community Leaders prepare the future for our customers & patients.
The TCL program is structured around the identification, recognition and the development of our technical talents.
6 level of expertise: local (expert 1), local (expert 2), international expert, international senior expert, fellow, senior fellow.
Each level is a progression in terms of extent of expertise, scope of influence and contributions of achieving results.
How are the Technical Community Leaders selected?
7 contributions within their scope are looked at when selecting new experts.

Who selects the Technical Community Leaders?
Every year, the Group launches a campaign for group experts, candidates are proposed by their manager, validated by their HR, and a decision is taken by the relevant committee for each technical area (electronics, engineering & construction, healthcare, industrial merchant, large industries, innovation & development division, industrial operations & safety, digital & IT).
Members of these committees are diverse and cover all aspects: human resources, technical function, business.
Since its creation in 2002, around 100 TCL have been nominated every year.
