Vous piloterez des stratégies commerciales pour des secteurs variés (distribution, vente) au Cameroun. Au quotidien, vous animerez des équipes terrain, négocierez avec des partenaires locaux et suivrez des objectifs de performance chiffrés. Attendez-vous à des déplacements fréquents entre villes et à une veille concurrentielle active.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Expérience prouvée en management d’équipes commerciales (idéalement au Cameroun ou en Afrique centrale).
- Maîtrise des outils de CRM et de reporting (Excel, Salesforce).
- Capacité à négocier avec des fournisseurs et à fidéliser une clientèle B2B/B2C.
- Connaissance des réseaux de distribution locaux (informel, semi-formel).
