Ce que ce poste implique
Tu interviendras sur des missions variées alliant ingénierie, production et commerce au Cameroun. Au quotidien, tu pourras être amené à superviser des processus industriels, optimiser des chaînes de distribution ou développer des ventes B2B. L’agilité sera clé : selon les annonces, tu alterneras entre terrain (ateliers, sites clients) et stratégie (plans d’approvisionnement, reporting commercial).
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Pour l’ingénierie/production : maîtrise des normes qualité (ISO), gestion de flux, maintenance préventive, outils CAO/ERP.
- Pour le commercial/vente : négociation, prospection terrain, gestion de portefeuille clients, connaissance des réseaux de distribution en Afrique centrale.
- Transversales : autonomie, résolution de problèmes, aisance avec les outils digitaux (Excel, CRM).
