** Diplôme universitaire de niveau Master en Sciences Environnementales, Biologie de la Conservation, Climatologie, Développement Durable ou domaine connexe. Expérience significative requise dans la gestion technique de projets environnementaux ou climatiques.
Compétences techniques : Expertise en conception et suivi de projets environnementaux, connaissance des mécanismes carbone, de la biodiversité et des stratégies de résilience communautaire, capacités de reporting.
Compétences personnelles : Rigueur scientifique, esprit d’analyse, capacité à travailler en équipe, sens de l’initiative et adaptabilité.
