Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme supérieur (Licence ou Master) en Commerce, Marketing, Gestion des Affaires ou domaine équivalent.
- Une formation en techniques de vente ou en gestion de la distribution est un atout. Compétences techniques :
- Excellente connaissance du secteur de la grande consommation (FMCG) et des circuits de distribution.
- Maîtrise des techniques de gestion des stocks et de la logistique de dernier kilomètre.
- Capacité à analyser et suivre les indicateurs de performance commerciaux (KPI) tels que la Distribution Numérique (DN) et les Parts de Marché (PDM).
- Bonne compréhension du matériel de froid et de pression utilisé en restauration et bars.
Compétences personnelles (Soft skills) :
- Excellent sens de la communication et du relationnel client.
- Forte capacité d’organisation, rigueur et autonomie dans la gestion des tournées.
- Sens aigu du service et orientation résultats.
- Mobilité et disponibilité pour les déplacements sur le terrain.
Expérience
- Expérience significative (niveau Maîtrise) exigée dans la vente directe, la gestion de secteur, la distribution ou le merchandising, idéalement acquise dans l’industrie des boissons ou de la grande consommation. Instructions
