The Role: Identify prospects, conduct demonstrations, and close deals. You will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, managing your territory independently with full accountability for results. Key Responsibilities: Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking Qualify leads and conduct product demonstrations Manage sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing Track metrics and report on sales activities Work independently to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Required profile for job ad : Sales Executive - Accra Requirements: 3+ years selling B2B software or business solutions in Ghana Existing network of SME decision makers in Accra Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience with consultative sales and software demonstrations Understanding of GRA compliance requirements and business software needs Self-directed work style with strong initiative Ideal Candidate: Entrepreneurial mindset, proven ability to work with minimal supervision, strong problem-solving skills, and consistent track record of closing deals in competitive markets.
