Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme supérieur (Master, Licence ou équivalent) en Ressources Humaines, Gestion des Entreprises, Psychologie du Travail ou domaine connexe.
- Formation complémentaire en coaching ou en gestion du changement est un atout. Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise des processus RH : recrutement, gestion des carrières, évaluation de la performance, gestion de la formation.
- Bonne connaissance du droit du travail congolais et des conventions collectives du secteur bancaire.
- Maîtrise des outils SIRH et du Pack Office.
Présentation du poste
- Capacité à analyser des indicateurs RH (tableaux de bord sociaux) et à proposer des plans d’action.
Compétences personnelles (Soft skills) :
- Excellent sens de la communication et de l’écoute active.
- Diplomatie, tact et capacité à gérer des situations sensibles avec intégrité.
- Sens aigu du service client interne et orientation business.
- Proactivité, autonomie et capacité à travailler en mode projet.
Expérience
- Expérience significative (niveau Travailleur Qualifié) exigée en tant que Généraliste RH, HRBP ou Responsable RH, idéalement dans le secteur bancaire, financier ou dans une multinationale. Instructions
