Location: Kasoa Branch

Reports To: Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, honest, and hardworking individual to join our team as an Office Cleaner. The primary responsibility is to ensure that our office environment is clean, tidy, hygienic, and presentable at all times. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a professional image for our company and a healthy space for our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish all floor surfaces (tiles, wooden, or glass) in the offices, corridors, and common areas.

Empty all wastepaper baskets and rubbish bins; dispose of refuse responsibly in designated external bins.

Clean and sanitise washrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors) daily, ensuring stock of toilet paper, hand soap, and hand towels are maintained.

Dust and wipe down all furniture, including desks, chairs, shelves, cabinets, and meeting room tables.

Clean windows, glass partitions, and doors (interior and exterior where accessible) to keep them streak-free.

Wipe down light switches, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces.

Report any damages, maintenance issues, or repairs needed (e.g., leaking taps, faulty lights, broken furniture) to the supervisor immediately.

Monitor and inform management when cleaning supplies (detergents, brushes, toilet roll) are running low.

Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained, cleaned, and stored safely after us

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Minimum of Basic Education Certificate (JHS).

Experience: Previous experience in a cleaning role (office, hotel, or hospital) is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
