The role requires adherence to traffic laws, vehicle maintenance awareness, and excellent customer service skills where applicable. Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Transportation Duties Safely operate assigned vehicle(s) to transport staff, goods, or materials Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery or arrival Pick up and drop off staff or items at designated locations Working hours and days - 8am to 5pm Vehicle Maintenance Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights) Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition Report any mechanical issues or needed repairs promptly Ensure regular servicing and maintenance schedules are followed Check and maintain car documents for renewal and changes Safety and Compliance Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies Maintain valid driver’s license and required certifications Ensure safety of staff, cargo, and vehicle at all times Use seat belts and enforce safety rules for staff Documentation and Record-Keeping Maintain accurate trip logs (mileage, fuel consumption, routes) Keep records of deliveries, pickups, and receipts Complete necessary paperwork such as delivery notes or invoices Customer Service (if applicable) Provide courteous and professional service to staff or clients Communicate clearly regarding routes, delays, or issues Handle customer concerns politely and efficiently Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of a high school certificate (or equivalent) Proven experience as a driver (commercial or personal) preferred Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type Clean driving record (no major violations) Good knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns Strong navigation skills (GPS and maps) Time management and punctuality Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Salary : Attractive Location : Accra Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
